About surgical steel (stainless).
Surgical steel is an alloy of different metals including nickel. However, as it is used in the medical world, it must be irreproachable, i.e. as hypoallergenic as possible.
Moreover, the alloy is made according to very strict standards as far as Europe is concerned. The nickel contained in this alloy must not exceed a certain threshold set very low, and moreover it is treated so as not to be released. The probability of actually coming into contact with nickel is therefore almost nil.
Allergies to surgical steel are extremely rare.

Select"unknown size" when you order; we will send you a ring ringer free of charge so that you can define the perfect size for your ring. You can also order the ring ring individually. here (free of charge).

We deliver from our workshops in Switzerland all over the world. Delivery is free of charge throughout Switzerland. For foreign countries, delivery costs are calculated before payment of the order. For more information, please read our mood sales conditions. Delivery times vary between 3 and 10 working days, depending on the items ordered and their availability. The delivery time can be extended for certain items (diamonds and personalized items). An estimation is available for each visible product on our website https://www.moodswissrings.com.
Warranties
Each article of mood Collection SA has a manufacturing warranty. All are available and explained here. The mood© closing system is guaranteed for life (natural wear and tear).
Certifications & quality
Our creations have been certified swiss made since 2004. Our workshops are located in Orbe, Switzerland, as well as our offices. For pieces such as diamonds or precious metals, we have certificates such as the Kimberley Process certificate.
Payments
It is possible to pay for your orders in different ways. The means of payment are as follows: Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA), bank transfer, TWINT, PayPal, payment within 30 days (invoice). Depending on the amount of the order, it is possible to pay in several times (on request and subject to acceptance by mood Collection SA).
